I had registered a request in customer care for correcting my TV. Their Engineer came on the same day and tried to repair the TV but could not succeed. Finally he had taken TV kit with him so that it could be fixed in their workshop and he promised me that it should not take more than 2 days to get it done.
Till 10 days I didn't get any response. I made a call to the customer care unit. They had given me the third pary' office number to whom they have hired for services. Since then I am calling to that third party and customer care, no one has information about the status for the same. Every time they just ask for my request number and promise for the updates by evening. That evening never came, today is 21st day and my TV does not work.
Finally, today, I have asked them to return me the part, I will get it done from outside market. I am not sure when that unrepaired will be delived to me. Even I will have to pay engineer's visit charges because I am taking back my TV's part unrepaired.
