No after sale service

Hello, i purchased a haier company 0.75 ton AC in january. ever since i was having problems with the cooling. i called the company's customer service desk and registered my complaint in last week of april. after 4-5 days some technicians from haier came and said my AC needed a gas fill, and that they will come the next day and fill it in. but they never came.

now after numerous complaints and talks with their supervisors at the company's customer service, nothing has been done. they just give assurance that my complaint will be handled soon but nobody ever comes to attend the complaint.
