Refridgerator not working for the past 1 month

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased Haier Refrigerator model no SRV306, 275 liter on 19/9/08 a guarantee of 2 years was given. For the past 1month the

fridge is not working inspite of giving the complaint to the customer care also there is no proper response. We have been

suffering a lot without the fridge.

The customer service is also very poor they are not at all giving respect and response to the customer. We have been

continuously calling the service man people to come home and do the service till now no one has responded to that.

Being a reputed company we dint except such a irresponsible service and product like this. If the product is not working with

the guarantee period how do we trust the company and product will work after the guarantee period.

If this is the case going to persist then I need to suit a case against the service and product in the consumer court.

I need either the service or the money back in the mean time.

I requesting you to take action against this complaint soon and need a resolution.
