We were sold faulty AC. It has not been working since the date of purchase 28.06.09 .After raising several compalints to the Company and to the retail outlet (Hazrat Vision, Vikas Marg Delhi) no action has been taken. AC is fitted like an idiot box in the room..It is a complete harassment of the consumer both mentally and monitary.

I have lost hope and thus writing. Please take strict and necessary action to sort this out.
