I had purchased a color T.V some time back, subsequently i had a problem with it and it went dead .with great difficulty i managed to get the contact number of the local service center from pune and made a complaint to the CSM, The Technician arrived and got the T.V working temporarily and within a week the T.V was dead again, i repeated the same process all over again, however this time i got the Hair manager, pune, involved .after about a dozen call a technician arrived and temporarily repaired it and promised to return soon . as of today There is no sign of the technician or the local manager Mr shakeel M. No.9673005702 and neither the Haier manager Mr Jain M .No.9850985675 .They refuse to pick up the phone or reply to SMS's, I have also made a complaint on the official website and not received any response.this entier process has taken well over 2 months and the complain is still pending. Is the company still around then hoe do we get this issue sorted out.
