Parts replacement during warranty period

My refrigerator which is in the warranty period is making a loud noise every time it stops. I had firt complained to the company on 21.3 09 and a technician visited my home on32.3.09. he said that the compressor needs to be replaced. He collected a one time service charge of Rs.350 from me and said that within a few days the part would be replaced. even after repeated phonecalls no one has come to repair the frigge. The model number of fridge is HRF488 purchased on 6.6.05.
