Haier -Fully Automatic Washing Machine
DEfective washing - Throws Dirt on the Cloths -Black Dots are seen on all clothes- morevisible on Hanky & Baniyans

Complaints were made while the machine was under comprehensive warranty about the dirt/dots like spots - as if thrown by the machine inspite of cleaning as advised.

One representative & did some work & said it is all right.

Same problem persist.

Now after warranty, the co.repr.says the gear box needs to be replaced .since comp.warranty is over, it will cost arond Rs.3000/-

I am really upset.

Iagain called up the co.no.& registered my grievance & requested to send a senior/experienced person to hv relook in to the complaints.

More than 15 days hv passed * no one has visited.

Kindly look in to my grievanc/complaint & help me in getting the justice
