HAIER AC - Not Properly Installed

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchase an AC HAIER Split (HSU-18LE03) on 30.04.2008 from Viveks, Mylapore, Chennai.

A Job No. 130393 was assigned and the AC was installed at my residence at Vadapalani, Chennai on 03.05. but the there was no cooling.

On informing the same to Viveks, the Outdoor Unit was changed but again after re-installation, the there is no cooling.

A new Job No. 135027 was assigned but still there has been no significant response from Viveks.

My office does not allow me to stay at home from morning 8:30 AM to almost evening 7:30 PM. This was informed to Viveks at the time of loging the the complaint but still people visit my residence at 3;30 PM and 5:30 PM thus going back without doing anything.

I am really frustrated with the quality and service provided by Viveks and would request you to kindly look into this matter as top priority.

Looking forward for your help on the issue mentioned above at the earliest.
