Hi,
I purchased bottom mounted 300lts refrigerator haier HRB-331 HP/HP5. The problem is, refrigerator does not seal completely. This is a manufacturing defect and was there from day one. It came to my notice 3-4 weeks and called up the dealer. It was bought to the notice of Haier in a month of purchase (that is within warranty). Even after 6 months, problem is not addressed. Their service lacks in quality (to be polite). I have paid 18000/- for this product. The gap is significant and leads to loss of temperature at the same time allowing moisture to get in and providing access to insects (ants/roaches). Temperature loss leads to increased power consumption there by increasing electricity bill. Help me in getting the product replaced/repaired and to get the compensation. If possible I would like to get the full refund so that I can chose other brand product.
