Not respondinding to warranty terms

Sir,

my name is V.RAJA SHEKAR.i live in Hyderabad.im working in icici costomer center.i brought "Haier D1600 fm mobile on 23-05.but my mobile is not working from 15-6 so im having six months warranty to my mobile.i had given complaint to Haier service center at HYDERGUDA In HYDERABAD at 01-07.since three months they are not responding sir.they are saying that the parts of that mobile are not manufactured so we cannot repair it.i asked them to give me now mobile but they are not giving my mobile and not giving new handset.since three months im roaming there but they are not responding for warranty terms.if i made late then my warranty period will be over.

what should i do now sir please help me sir.im requesting u to do this for me sir.
