Mobile charger dead

Hello sir,

my phone was dead frm ;last month. It is in warrenty period i show it to customer care center but still they didnt gave my product replace and now that center also closed nd i asked for new center they not telling about it. Haier services are really not satisfactory.

its really a headache i want to fire a complaint in consumer court so taht i get justice .plz sir help me.

how should i make complaint in consumer court or my case is eligible or not for complaint.
