Haier/Refrigerator
No Proper Service provided

I have purchased Haier Refrigerator in October.(I am located at Hyderabad, India)

Recently, I find cooling to be decreased or nearly nil.

I had raised a complaint in Haier Service Center and was alloted compalint No. 9991164004.

A Service person came and attended the problem and said there is some gas problem then checked the gas line& replaced gas and collected money for doing the service.

But the problem is not yet solved. There is no cooling even after the service.

Reply to complaints are too slow here at Hyderabad, India. They take nearly a week to attend to a complaint.
