Haier refrigerator
No cooling of refrigerato

I purchased a Haier refrigerator Model 488 on 30.03.05 from Nova Electro World, 28 B, Block A, Defence Enclave (Madhu Vihar) Dwarka, New Delhi-59. The fridge has been started giving trouble since May'07. The main problem of fridge is its not cooling. The same fault of fridge has occured 3/4 times for the last 1 year & 3 months. Whenever your engineer visited, he pointed out the fault, fridge has a gas leakage problem & sent a Gas refilling mechanic for refilling of Gas but the problem of non cooling is still persist. Either your engineer is not able to detect the correct fault or the fridge has some manufacturing defect. I have been facing this problem for the last 1 year and 3 months & am very fed up & feeling mentally harrased by your after sale service of your company. Moreover, the service of your company is very poor. Whenever I lodge a complaint, I have to give 5-6 reminders to attend the complaint. Please look into the matter personally and arrage to send the expert engineer of your company which can get my fridge set right. If this problem is not rectified within 3-4 days, I am compell to take help of consumer court.
