W/M-XQB-55-10H MACHINE NOT WORKING. COMPLAINT ON 22/08/09, Number. 10000189847. TILL DATE THE MACHINE IS NOT REPAIRED.inspite of repeated calls to Mr Tarun, (mobile no. 9953063081) Service incharge. On 18/9/09 one mechanic of your company visited and kept the required spare part, stating it take time he will come the next day and repair the machine. Till date no one has come to repair the machine. I request Mr. Tarun (service incharge) to arrange a standby machine further my machine is not repaired. He ststaway refused my request.

The ordeal I have faced in the last one month cannot be described. If no redressal is done at the earliest I would be forced to go to the CONSUMER COURT.

Kindly accord priority.
