REPLACEMENT OF WASHING MACHINE

Sir,

I have purchased HAIER automatic drum washing machine model no. HBF655TE/HBF655TEME on

on 09/05 at Chennai. Since the day of purchase the machine has broken down 3 times and one or the other faulty part has been replaced. On 01/09 the machine had again broken down and was told that the mother board has to be replaced. Again after so many phone calls, yesterday i was told that the wash program dial has loosened and has to be replaced.

I am thoroughly fed up with the various parts being replaced one after the other. It shows that the entire machine was faulty since the parts have to be replaced during the warranty period itself. KINDLY REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE WASHING MACHINE IN WORKING CONDITION .
