HAIER/WASHING MACHINE
Negligence from the support team

I own one Haier washing machine which stopped working last month. I raised a complaint and they told the PCB is burnt and they need to replace it. Its been more than one month since this incident and they don't seem to get the PCB (which they claim is to be received from Delhi)

every time I call the technical support here in bangalore (number 080 41281737), they give me one more date and they have been doing it from past 1 month. Also with the tone in their voice I dont think they are interested in the case at all.

please help me regarding this.
