I had purchased Washing Machine less than a year ago and since then it has been giving so much of problems and now the worst thing it has completely stopped working and I had lodged complaint on Sept 11 and till date the machine is not repaired.. 52 days have passed and the problem is still not solved.. I am 55 years old woman and I have to wash clothes myself... I cannot do it... I am tired calling them up and wasting my money on calls... I feel I am cheated with the product that the company has given and now they are harrassing me.. Please look into my age and help me to get through them and to get the machine repaired..
