Poor performance

I purchsed two window AC each 1.5 tons. Purchsed less than one year back. None is functioning properly. One with poor cooling was repaired one month back but with unsatisfactory result and still poor cooling. Another is totally out of function for last two days& only fan is working --no cooling at all.
