No Service - When under Service Gaurantee for a yea

Have been making several rounds of complaints to Haier Service Center. Initially I was promised service in 24 hours. When two such promises failed, I was told by a phone agent that the time required is 48 hours and not 24 hours. A lie eitherways. When I asked for speaking to a senior, I was very rudely denied the same, and the phone was banged on my face.

Person I spoke to was Sachin and Lakshmi before that.
