HAIRE WASHING MACHIENE
COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED

I purchased Haire Washing Machine (Semi Automatic). Did not work satisfactorily during warranty period. However, complaint attended. After expiry of warranty I took one year extended warranty with payment of Rs.1000 which expired Dec. 2008. However, complaint made in September has not been attended. As the LID of Dryer of Machine of matching colour (white) not available with the Company. In Janfuary, the complaint No. was revised. However, in May when I contacted the company for status of complaint, I am told that there is no complaint pending on their part either with the old complaint No. or new complaint No.
