Egarding sms problem

Sir,

I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Orissa). my no. is 09861047321 . Whenever i try to send a message from my mobile, then it is coming as message sending failed, message barred, check operator service. I told the same matter to ur customr care on 4th january and put a complain, my complain ID is 84958996. till now i am facing the same problem, already 24 days over, but my complain was not solved, so i am very much unhappy on your service. So plz give me feedback whether my problem will be solve in near future or ur technical support members will take another few months to solve this problem. waiting for your reply sir.
