Hello Sir,

I have bought Milton Thermo steel flask 6 months back (Art no: TS - 103) from Big Baazar and using it with satisfaction.

Recently we have put cap of flask in boiling water and some white colour parts shape got distorted. I know, this is a small part but wondering where should I go a purchase or service my flask.

We have tried calling customer care number 1800221115 but seems like it is not working and even send mail in info@hamiltonindia.in but mail id also bounces.

Now, I don't know, if at all they have service center or shop where I could buy parts.
