Subject: Serious Complaint regarding newly purchased AC

We purchased a Videocon AC on 08/09, From Guruji Electronics having address G-12A Plot No 2362/1, Maharaja Complex Main Patel Road Nie Delhi-110008, Phone: 25703218, 25703281, 9811113700, Bill No Ri-1080-:10, Videocon Split A/C 1.5 Ton, Model No T5222 in the name of Hammurabi & Solomon, A-220 Defence Colony New Delhi-110024

From the day of installation the AC is not working properly, it is making very loud noise and NOT doing any cooling at all. Surely, this cannot be expected from a new AC. because it has not any videocon monogram on it

It’s the peak of summer time, and we are reeling in the heat.

We logded a complaint regarding this on 15/09, Complaint No:- DEL-1509090649

.

This complaint was ignored and no Action was taken. No one even contacted us, but still this complaint was closed stating that the complaint was resolved! This is unbelievably poor customer service, we are shocked.

This is the only AC we have, and we are really suffering after buying it.

Instead of giving relief from the heat, we are made to suffer even more.

We have lodged another complaint in this regard on 17/09, But no action has been taken even for this complaint.

We have lost all patience, please tell us what should we do now, and till when will this complaint be resolved?
