Misbehave by haire mobile service cente

Sir, i have tata indicom franchiee in kota rajasthan.we have sold many hand sets of your company. but many cust who purchased these handsets are not satisfied and not interested to go toHaier handset anymore because ur services not too good, they told us that when they went to service center to solve any prob.service center owner tells us that leave ur handset and come after an month when we request them to solve the prob.earlier they suggests why did u purchased these hand sets, and u have purchased these handsets now u have to punished.

sir tell what custmer will do with that hand set .many cust complains abt their mis behave and using abusing words.

sir this is not a story of new handset but aolder cust.who iswilling to pay charges, they r also not getting services.

sir tell each and evry probs.takes ome month period.

please solve this prob. or we will stop selling ur handsets.
