Non replacement of Battery and poor service

Within a fortnight of purchasing Honda activa from Khandelwal Vehicles Pvt Ltd, Akola against invoice number 08IN01687 dated 3-12, there was severe problem of starter. We had to use the Kick to start the vehicle. The vehicle was sent to the dealer on 29-12-08 vide job no 24782. The dealer denied to replace the battery in absence of the battery warranty card, which was not given to us at the time of delivery. The Dealer is not accepting this and asking us to make payment for battery replacement for no fault on our part. Not a single paper was given to us at the time of delivery, which were then later sent by the dealer by Courier. This packet did not contain the battery warranty card. It seems some mischeif has been played at the dealer, s end. we request you to take up the matter with the dealer and arrange to resolve the issue and arrange delivery of our vehicle without any delay.
