LET ME KNOW THE STATUS... ITS LONG DURATION

Dear Sir, I have applied for the passport in the month of SEPTEMBER and I have gone through the police varification but still not recieved the passport. I also have confirmed through internet in feb and it was revealing that IT IS REGRET THAT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES THE DESPATCH OF PASSPORT HAS BEEN DELAYED AND WILL NOW BE DESPATCHED IN A WEEK TIME. But it is more then one year no passport is sent by you. Sir i am very much eager to know about the present status and suggestion by your office for further action to get my passport as earliest.
