Delivered a damaged product with lots of services its not bee repaired yet

I was looking for a fitness equipment and enquired in justdial through phone call.. then i got a call from Hara Synosure Fitness equipment Pvt. Ltd. regarding the equipment they promised me to give it at a resonable price.. I purchased the home gym set by giving a cheque on Sunday ie. on 15 May I told him to get me the product on Wednesday after crediting the amount to his account. But they delivered me the product when i'm not at home on Monday itself which was not packed. On wednesday the installed the product and it was scratched all over and the weights was used and the bushes was worn out and the pipe caps were broken it was totally a damaged piece... from one week i've not used dat product as it has one or the other problems.. the cheque which i've given him is dishonered and i've not given him another cheque now i dont want his product as it has many problems and the service is worst so pls tel me how to rectify this problem.. i want my cheque back and let him take his product back
