Non supply of gas in time to single cylinder holde

Dear Sir,

My customer no. is 07867, i would like to point out that even for the counter booking said gas agency took three days to diliver the gas. They take 15 days for home dilivery. How can a person with single gas cook his bread & butter for so many days.

They chargedrs 40/-for mandatory checking of gas on 17/11. but till today no one came for any kind of such check up. Two complaints were made but neither anyone turned up nor they have given any complaint no. in this respect.

Kindly look at this matter. I shall be highly obliged
