Sim swapped

As the sim 9980654333 has been swapped, Can I lodge FIR on V care for the same As sim is swapped by them without checking My address as sim can't be swapped without verfying previous address. Now It has been changed to Manju instead. Sir U can check my sim swap done on three months back when I Lost My sim, I done sim Swap from Prabha Communication. I had submitted My Doc such as Driving Licences and Photo's. Now as of My knowledge the sim address is changed by the Mansoor (Area Manger) Of Mandya District. So I want action to taken with clear clariffication as i bought the sim and I had arround Balance of Arroung Rs150/- on it. Otherwise I need another number form the same area Manger with Bal of Rs150/- on it.
