Haritash International packer and Movers
Damaged delievery of bike and not refunding the extra amount taken

Hi,

I have sent a bike from Haritash International packer and Movers on 01/02 from Dwarka, Delhi to Udaipur. We were in contact with Mr Sunil phone no 9310311800. He said we provide door-to-door delivery. But later on at udaipur they called us and tell take a bike from their office. After a long conversation and phone calls they agreed to deliver bike at my home in udaipur. But they did not unpack it, which was supposed to be part of their service. After receiving when we unpack the bike, it was damaged in 3 places. Also the person in Udaipur took extra 600 Rs which is supposed to be refunded in Delhi to us Haritash International packer and Movers. But after continuous calls, they are not at all responding.

I want compensation of damage in the bike and 600/- Rs as well.
