Fake Id's, Putting Personal Pictures, Videos On Them, Harrasment and Abusing Me and My Siste

Someone has created a fake orkut profile with my sister's name! and i know who is that person.kindly help me out; as it is spoiling my sister's name and image. Can that person be traced, so that he doesnt missuse it again on any other site. This can hinder my image. kindly help me out in this issue. i am sending you that person orkut a/c link.that person itself saying that he is misusin my sisters photos and videos and he is having many a/c's in orkut... i know the two a/c's of him, links are given below -

so kindly i request u to take steps quickly... i hd also make REPORT ABUSE to that persons profile before 2 days back. But you are not taking any actions.and he created fake profile from my sister's name, and put her pictures on them..i am givin you fake profile of my sister's link-
