Non-Delivery of Cylinde

I have booked for LPG refilling through telephone to M/s. Harsha Enterprises, Dommasandra, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore Dist. Even after repeated reminders and continous follow-up the concerned distributor is least bothered to deliver the cylinder. In fact they have asked us to bring the cylinder to their agency for refilling. Even if take there for refilling they always demand some extra money for delivering the cylinder.

I was made to run from pillar to post to get one refilling cylinder. Imagine the fateful condition of person like me who is working and goes to office regularly. During weekend if I contact them no proper response is forthcoming from their side. I really do not know how to address this problem.

I was not the only person having this complaint even my neighbours are also having the same problem. People who have booked the refilling cyclinder for more than a month was also waiting for their turn to get one cylinder
