Poor Quality of Construction and Harsh Behavio

Hi Every One,

I bought Flat from Harshita Township Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad in April. They gave delux construction specification and said possesion date was 2008 Oct. Now the date is 3-Oct and construction was not completed. I am asking builder for the completion date. Every time he says like appartment will be completed in 2 months. Still common amenties like Transformer, Car Parking, No Toilet for Watch Man, Lift and etc not provided. My flat is not yet completed. Still some pending items are there. Builder is not taking of those things. Supervisor shouts at the customers who asks about the completion date of pending items. He is very head strong person and builder will not take any action. Because every body is hesitating to ask him about the status. So his behavior helping the builder a lot. Most of the flats are having leakage problems due to improper plumming work. very poor quality plumming and wood work. I have paid total amount to the builder. The reason for paying total amount is Sundaram Home Finance Rules. I took home loan from Sundaram Home Finance. SHFL starts EMI only after the final disbursment of loan. So i have paid more than 15 months Pre-EMI to the SHFL. And builder is not completing the venture till to date (3-Oct). So i had discussion with Builder and he asked SHFL to release the final disbursemnt for completing my flat. So I belived that Builder might complete my flat if SHFL releases final disbursement. So i gave OK to SHFL and thats how i paid total amount to the builder.

Now Builder is not completing my flat. Common amenties work is going very slowly. Right now corridoor work is going on but very slowly. Now i am going to file a case against this builder in consumer court.

The reason for lodging this complaint in Consumer forums is to alert the customer not to buy any properties from this builder. I would recommend customers to buy only properties ready to occupy. Because, every thing would be commpleted and even you can see the quality before you buy.
