Reg: Delay of 4 months in transfer of Gas connection from Mandi Dabwali Distt Sirsa (Haryana) to Bhatinda (Punjab)

I am really sorry to complaint against Haryana Gas Agency, Extenstion Counter, Mandi Dabwali. The lapse of 4 months shows the attitude of the agency in dealing with their customer. Inspite of RTI Act and other Govt. guidlines about the customer service the above agency does not care for their customer.

Four months back, on 29.04.2009 I have submitted my application/affidavit alnogwith my passbook/card No. 4621 and one gas cylinder. Inspite of regular meeting and repeated personnal and telephonic reminders they did not hear to me.

I expect my work done in 2 days, otherwise, I will treat that you are not ready to help me and I will be compelled to take hard step.
