Bus Plying in wrong way

Hi,

I am using Bus services from Bahadurgarh to Gurgaon on daily basis, and I have to use Private Buses to reach Gurgaon due to Haryana Roadways drivers do not bring their buses inside of Bahadurgarh Bus stand and they hide their sign board also, so passengers couldn't get know and we couldn't utilize Roadways services. Now Bahadurgarh passengers are using private buses and these buses takes 2 Hours to reach Gurgaon from Bahadurgarh but roadways takes only 1 Hours.

Today I tried to catch Roadways bus outside of bus stand and fortunately I caught one Roadways bus (HR-61A 5322) due to traffic jam. I asked to conductor why they didn't bring their buses inside bus stand and he replied that if he brought bus inside than passenger would come and than he have to move his body to collect money and distribute tickets to passengers.

I couldn't understand if public transport could reach to public so what the purpose of these services.

Appreciate if you could please take any strict step to resolve these issues.
