Misbehaviour of bus staff with students

I am a student and use haryana roadways buses to go to school.but it is very deficult for us to get a bus, because as bus staff see students waiting for bus they close the doors and do not stop bus at bus stand .i take bus from kalpi to ambala .very less buses stops here.at evening time bus staff do not stop bus at kalpi.we have to suffer a lot.pleas help us.
