Complaint of Conductor of Bus no. HR - 69/9950

Dear Sir,

As we all know that we are having one of the best Public Transport System of india in Haryana. Being the citizen of Haryana it is our core responsiblity to develop certain ethics as well as systems to give the best services to our customers. But sorry to say you that we are lagging in this because of certains corrupt employee.

Therefore, I would like to share one incident, which was happened to me. Today i.e. 12-10-10 I have travelled from the above said Bus from Jallandhar to Panipat with ticket nos.153537 for Rs. 100.00, 250506 for Rs.40.00, 250507 for Rs.40.00, 117077 for Rs. 14.00 and 652834 for Rs. 1.00. The above said Bus belongs to Sonipat Depot. I gave Rs. 500.00 to conductor for tickets and the tickets cost me Rs. 195.00. The conductor has returned me Rs. 300.00 immediately, but for Rs. 5.00 I have asked several times to him. All my efforts goes wasted when he has not returned me Rs. 5.00 till Panipat and in Panipat when I behaved him rudely, he has told me that he doesn't have change. But atlast i got my money when I gave him Rs. 5.00.

Further, this has not happened only to me, he kept money of Rs. 1.00, Rs.2.00, Rs.5.00 of maximum passanger.By seeing this I felt very ashamed being a citizen of Haryana.

Hence, I am requesting you to kindly do the justice to all citizens of Haryana for not spoiling the image of our Transport system.
