ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE OF THE CAR DUE TO NEGLIGENT DRIVING OF THE DRIVER

I want to lodge complaint against the negligient driving and rude behaviour of the bus driver of Haryana Roadways HR-39A

8535.

Today in the morning at 11:50a.m, when the bus was at Zirakpur traffic lights, our car was hit from the back. The back door and the bumper are in a bad condition now. The driver was trying to overtake my car but their was no passage for doing so. Just in his hurry the incident took place.

After a brief discussion on the road driver rushed back and was not at all sorry for what he has done. Rather he was trying to blame us.

I want you to take a strict action against such careless and negligent driving and also request to the concerned authorities for the payment of the damages.
