Hathaway Sai Star Cable
Set Top box not delivered for 6 months

I'd like to complain about owners of Sai Star Cable in Thakur Village, Kandivli E, Mumbai. They took Rs 3800.00 from us in the month of Dec and promised us to provide settop box for 1 year. We have the receipt of the same.

Since then 6 months have passed and despite numerious phone calls there is no sign of any set top box. Infact their management says that they are out of stock since last 6 months. Why then did they collect the advance. They should refund the same with penalty. When this time I told them that i'll be forced to go to consumer protection, they said that i can do whatever i wanted. No fear of God and shamelessness.
