Hathway Bangalore
Channels not coming for past 10 days

Hi,

I am Sanjay, and I got hathway set-top box for cable. We are not getting CNBC TV18 and CNN IBN channels for past 10 days in BTM 1st stage, Bangalore. I have complained to my agent and there is no response from them. Even I tried to call Hathway phone numbers which are published in their website www.hathway.com. It says invalid numbers (91 080 25545625/680).

I dont know whether there is anybody at hathway, listening to customer complaints. We pay so much money and donot even bother to respond to the complaints.
