Cheating With Custome

Last week i have taken Broadband Connection from Hathway under 512 Blast Regular Plan and i have been informed by corresponding Executive that Your Free Download time is From 11.00 PM to 9.00 AM. And i was following as per that plan only. Moreover, i have advance paid Amount for that plan through Check. But after 10 days i got informed that i have been misguided by Executive and downloading Time is from 12.00 PM to 7.00 AM only.

Even when i'm trying to dial that executive, he's not lifting the call even. His No is : 9742268477. Now, i have to change my plan as i was totally misguided by Hathway Executive only. I have made customer complaints 5-7 times for that and everyone taking excuse.
