Didnt get back deposite ammount

Hi

As per customer care exe. suggetion i have surrender my modem in chennai 2 months back since Hathway stopped their service at Chennai and they told me you will get cheque in 15 days. But still i am waiting for that, Please let me know what needs to be done...
