Installation of new conection

I had contacted Mr. Yogesh from Hathw@y Broadband Internet (Cell No. 9969708709) for new connection of internet. He promptly arranged for the forms to be submitted, on 25/10, I have paid Rs. 1489/- vide cheque no. 970650 drawn on State Bank of Indore towards payment of 4 months internet services along with installation charges. They assured me of connection within a weeks time.

But now, even after 10 days nobody from Hathway came to us for installation, and now, when I complained for the same with Mr. Yogesh on his cell phone, he is not even attending my calls.
