Take action against hathway

I have sent a mail to hathway for shift my internet connection at another address. They told me it will done within two days, but still they don't shift at another address. I always call hathway call center they are not able to resolve my problem, Hathway call center no. is 01724643506. Please suggest me what should i do or take action against Hathway. My no. is 9915921268 (Sanjay Gupta).
