Poor Commitment of Service provide

Hathway Broadband Services has taken more than 25 days for giving me the connection. Prior to me telling hem that its an urgent requirement. They gave no heed to my words. Moreover they kept telling they will provide the connection the following days. Nowadays the concerned person is also not answering the call. Really very bad service. However, i am not sure if they will refund my cheque of Rs 730/-, Pathetic Service provider.
