BROAD BAND NOT WORKING

Hathway collects money in advance as prepaid plan. The scheme I have opted is for 2 months and there is provison of carriying forward the balance units of previous billing cycle. For the last 3 months I am facing difficulty in terms of availablity of service. I have been trying to reach their customer care nos for the past 5 days. My broad band is not working for the past 5 days. The cal always go thru the AVRS and The call is never picked up by the executive. About 10 mts back (16.00) hrs the cal was attended by an executive and I am being informed that the service is not available in my area with immedieate effect. The service cannot be disconnected withour prior intimation. I feel this is deficiency in service. Please intimate me reg the concerned people whom to be contacted for redressal of my grevience.
