VERY SLOW SPEED AND POOR CONSUMER SERVICE

I had taken Hathway broadband service recently by paying Rs. 450/- for 128kpbs speed and unlimited download, but the speed is far less than 128kbps and when i download any file the speed is less than 10kbps and when I use Download accelerator the speed is around 12-15kbps. Even after complaining to the customer service again and again no action has been taken. I am sick of this service but since i ve paid Rs. 450 in advance (It's a prepaid service and I cant do anything but cry!) I ve to use it. It is for this reason I guess these people from Hathway are so careless about consumer complaints and service. I need a strict action to be taken against the company because this is not the first complaint against them, they have a very bad track record since the beginning. Please help me!
