Nobody listens to complains

I Have halthway connection in Koramangala Bangalore from 'Hathway Krishna Cables Pvt Ltd' Service Tax Reg No CBL/BG-1/02/HATHWAY Dated 02-09.

I have complained to them that my cable is not getting signal. Its has been more that 1 week that i have been calling them and they keep saying that somebody will come.

Firstly they take monthly service Advance for this pathetic cable, then they don't listen to the complains!

I guess these guys don't know that this is a recession period where its hard to get new customers and easy to loose customer to Big players like TataSky, DishTV, BigTV or Airtel's DigitalTV.

If Know action is taken, i will be more than happy to switch to Big Players.

I won't mind paying more for service than paying for crap.
