Dear sir,

I have hathway Broadway connection at my place & i have connection problem since 22nd of September. After complaining so many times till now my problem have been not sought out, all i get is false promises from their end. I have already made 3 months advance payment for their service but almost one month is going to be passed. Their customer care is just giving false promises time & again. Please look into the matter.
