Sir, i have taken internet connection on 01/10/09 vide receipt no 132467

presently jthe network is very very slow from last one week when i cqontacted on custo0mer care center 02223744498

They give one no. to contact when we contact on the same no they givve some other no to contact like this they give around 4-5 no. finally i could lodge a complain vide fault no 3620624 dated 22/11/09 but all invain. Ii for your information and necessary action please.
